Guests who wish to change their treatment dates/times are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

CANCELLATION

Guests who wish to cancel their treatments are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or the full treatment amount will be charged.

GUESTS U16

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

NO SHOW

No Show appointments will be charged in full.

BE MINDFUL

Please be mindful of quiet zones & places of relaxation. Avoid loud talking and unnecessary conversation. The goal is to create a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

GUESTS U18

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Sauna, Steam Room & Hot Tubs.

RESPECT & PRIVACY

Please respect the privacy of other Spa guests by speaking quietly, switching off mobile phones and not using cameras.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Residents are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the treatment in the robe and slippers from their room. Non-Residents are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the treatment. The Spa Reception team will allocate a locker with a robe and slippers.

ATTIRE

Bathrobes and Slippers will be provided, alternatively guests can bring their own flip flops. Guests need to bring swimwear and gym gear. Swimwear is mandatory in the Swimming Pool, Hot Pool, Sauna and Steam room.

DAY GUESTS

Day guests will be provided with bathrobes and slippers on arrival.

GUESTS U18 NOT PERMITTED TO USE GYM

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the gym.

Spa Etiquette

• FOOD & DRINK - No food or drink to be consumed in the pool area.

• ALLERGIES, HEALTH & INJURIES - Kindly advise of any health conditions, allergies, recent medical or cosmetic procedures or injuries, which could have a bearing on our services/treatments when making your Spa reservation. Guests may be requested to provide a note from the GP as a safety precaution.

• PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Please ensure you collect all personal belongings from your locker or bathrobe before leaving as The K Spa is not responsible for any personal items left behind.

• LATE ARRIVAL - As a courtesy to our guests, please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of your treatment time.
